Process of Application

The Univeristy offers Certificate, Diploma, Degree and Masters programs on a Full Time, Part Time and Open Distance Learning basis.

1.  Click  the relevant link below for the Mode of Study you would like to apply for and download the Application Form. Print the Application form and fill out the details respectively.

2.  Deposit a non-refundable Application fee of K200.00 into the University bank account:

3.    Scan the Application Form, Deposit Slip, National Registration Card (NRC), Certificate or Results and send them to the email:  marketing@zcuniversity.edu.zm or deliver physically at the University. 

Fees (Per Semester)

• Full-time: ZMW 9,500.00
• Evening: ZMW 8,000.00
• Distance (ODeL) Diploma: ZMW 7,000.00
• Distance (ODeL) Undergraduate: ZMW 8,000.00
• Distance (ODeL) Postgraduate: ZMW 12,000.00

Entry Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate with 5 “O” level credits or better, including English Language and Mathematics.
• Professional qualifications (if applicable).
• Copy of National Registration Card (NRC).
• All results/certificates must be certified.
